This ski in+out luxury home is in Mountain Village and is among the closest freestanding homes to Big Sky's main lifts. The space
Nini's Lodge is our magnificent ski in/ski out log home located in Big Sky Resort's Mountain Village. Nini's is situated on a double sized lot on the corner of a private residential street. The home offers views of both Lone peak and Lake Lewinsky, and is the closest single family home to the main ski lifts and base area of the resort. The ski out access is easiest by walking a very short distance to the Bear Poma lift or by skiing down the Low Dog Rd to a trail that leads to the Thunderwolf lift. The ski in access is via Silver Knife or Blue Room trails to bottom of the Poma lift and then skiing a short distance further downhill to our driveway.
The interior is both luxurious and spacious and can accommodate multiple families. The home has areas for guests to seek privacy or to gather for games, drinks, or TV. There is a separate bar area with a refrigerator, blender and sink with a high table and stools that seats 4 . The hearth/entry area has 4 leather swivel clubs chairs where guests can enjoy hot coco and a gas fire. There are a total of 3 king beds across 3 large en suite bedrooms, 6 full beds across 2 separate sleeping areas, and 2 queen size sofa beds - one in loft area and the other in a private tv/sitting bonus room.
The lower level is a common sleeping and living space with 4 full beds and a combination billiards/ping pong/dining table, a TV, and private bath.
The home also has multiple decks, a hot tub for 6+, an outdoor wood burning fireplace, and seating to enjoy the mountain air and views.
