This is the guest home on the Francis Manor Estate next to the main house above our boat and RV garage. Renting is for the whole house and it is not shared. Located at the end of an exclusive cul-de-sac in Millrace Meadows. By far the best, most unobstructed views in the city! Very private and quiet. The kitchen sink window and deck/patio looks out over the Jordan River and the Wasatch Mountains. The south looks out over a gorgeous horse pasture and the west views from the master bedroom shows the killer sunsets! 1 master bedroom with a walk-in closet, 1 bathroom with two sinks, granite, and amazing custom tile. An awesome laundry room with granite countertops, cabinets and luxury tile. Amazing limestone fireplace / TV area with custom cabinets and a 51' Samsung Plasma TV with BluRay. A beautiful covered patio up high with incredible views of the Jordan River and Wasatch Mountains. Great for bird and animal watching. The kitchen is amazing with white cabinets (with self-close), a brand new Whirlpool stove and oven, and dishwasher. 1-car garage. Close to I-15 and I-215, I-80, Utah Ski Resorts and Intermountain Medical Center.
