Have fun from the moment you arrive. The game room has ping-pong, foosball, and shuffleboard. Enjoy a view of beautiful blue Bear Lake. There is a fire pit, huge deck and patio. We offer puzzles and indoor games along with games for the yard such as Spike Ball, corn hole, and more.
The home is spacious with two living rooms with large flat screen TVs and plenty of seating. The master and main bedroom also have TVs. The Bonneville has air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pretty much everything you may want for your cooking needs. The island seats 4 and the dining room table seats 10. There is also a picnic table on the deck for outdoor dining.
The covered deck is very large with seating and a propane bbq grill. The lake view is amazing! The patio is connected to a walk-out basement that offers shade and room to hang out while enjoying the view or watching your family play games in the yard. Next to the patio is a wood fire pit with seating.
This is located within a private gated community (The Reserve). It has a shared lodge with the rest of the community residents. The lodge offers a full kitchen and exercise room for your use. The deck that looks over the two pools, hot tub and splash pad is equipped with a gas grill that can be used to cook your dinner while the kids enjoy the water.
There is also a tennis court, basketball court, and pickle ball court that is shared within the private neighborhood. We provide 4 pickle ball paddles and balls. We also provide tennis equipment and a basketball.
Just down the road from the main gates is the private beach that is limited to neighborhood use only. We spend most of our days there playing bocce ball, Spike Ball, frisbee, and just playing in the shallow water of beautiful Bear Lake without fighting the crowds of the public beaches.
This house is being built as I type this description. Be one of our first guests in a brand new house built with the wants and needs of vacation renters as the top priority. We owned and rented The Chalet at The Reserve up until last year. We decided we wanted to build a place that is more conducive to larger family vacations. The Bonneville is the perfect place for those family gatherings at a fair price that includes amenities that can only be found at The Reserve.
