It has a large back porch where you can have coffee and watch as the river flows by. The cabin features 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed, and 2 full beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone. With heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower to start your day off right. Towels & washcloths are provided.The cabin is very isolated with the closest cabin being .25-.5 miles away and separated by a stand of trees. It is situated directly beside the north fork of the Kentucky River, fishing is available but does require a license. Canoes and kayaks with paddles and life jackets are also available to rent per day. There is a very large lawn for your enjoyment with a small fire pit (we provide the wood) and a park type, charcoal grill.We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
There is NO WIFI/TV and limited cell service available in this cabin. There are 3 steps up to the porch, front and back so tit would not be wheelchair accessible. Also, it ABSOLUTELY REQUIRES a four wheel drive or a very good all wheel. The drive down to the cabin is extremely steep and graveled.
Pets are limited to 3, less than 50lb. All pets must be secured in a crate if left alone in the cabin.
