The downstairs consists of one bedroom with a king bed, kitchen/dinning area, large living area, a sitting area with TV that has the option to be closed off and two large custom bathrooms. There are two more bedrooms upstairs that each have access to a deck that has a sitting area with views towards the mountains.
The in-floor radiant heating system along with the gas fireplace keep the place cozy-warm even on some of the coldest days!
The outside area is stunning with park like yard surrounded by trees. There is a path leading from the house through the trees to a beautiful gazebo build on the banks of Rock creek which is perfect for a night of grilling/fishing down by the water!
