All kitchen amenities, Keurig, beach toys, surfboard, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, big screen TV, Cable, WiFi, one reserved, covered parking spot in gated lot with option for more. We have two queen beds in the bedroom and a very comfortable queen size pull out couch in the living room. The building is steps to the beach and a short walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Resort style complex offering 360 degree view roof deck, gas BBQs, secure private pool and spa, hot water beach shower, and 24-hr security. Enjoy the ocean breeze in the living room, relax on the beach, and have BBQ and cocktails on the rooftop as the sun settles in the west. This condo is truly my family's happy place and we are thrilled to share it with you!
