Our beautiful rental has been a true labor of love. The original home dates back to the 1940’s and was built by hand by the original owner. Every morning he would wake up, walk up the small hill (his original home is the small property on the back lot) and work on his new home. Rather than destroy his work, we gave her a much needed makeover.
From the moment you arrive with the freedom of self-check in you’ll find that our home’s open concept allows for everyone to be together with comfortable seating for all. The living room features a large sectional while the entertainment center houses a smart tv, board games and a fireplace insert for a cozy fall/winter feeling.
Cook a meal in our chefs kitchen- complete with brand new stainless steel appliances, double ovens, pots, pans and a variety of hidden appliances. Kitchen basics include dish soap, spices and coffee/tea basics.
Relax on the back porch bird watching or with a cold beverage or cup of coffee. You might even catch a glimpse of our local deer herd!
Each bedroom features a memory foam queen sized bed and flat panel smart tv and ceiling fan.
The primary bedroom also features an en-suite double headed rain shower and double sink vanity with the best makeup mirror lighting. Ever.
The second bathroom includes a tub shower combo, perfect for bath time babies.
We invite you to create new memories with your friends and family as you explore all that Elkin and the surrounding Yadkin Valley has to offer. Enjoy wineries, breweries, local farmers markets, gorgeous trails, kayaking and many unique antique and artisan shops.
Elkin Municipal park is 1 minute down the hill with tennis courts, a community pool, picnic shelters, playground, stocked trout river and the E and A trail. A gorgeous easy walk perfect for fall mornings.
Only 1.5 miles away from our historic downtown, you can enjoy local and national musicians at the Reeves Theater, brick oven pizza and craft beer at Angry Troll Brewing, antiques and local artisans.
