Summary: Room walls and bathroom walls were disgusting. You could clearly see after your shower where they wiped the mirror and where they missed (center was cleaned only). A/C, Heat unit is broken RM207. It was extremely hot in the room even after changing the Temp to Cool and 64. The exhaust fan is also broken and obnoxiously loud in the bathroom. If we return to that area we will look for a Holiday Inn over a Best Western.
