Summary: When I first arrived, staff informed me I did not have a reservation. After several min of looking, I think she realized it was a 3rd party booking and was not super pleased. We were assigned a room on the first floor at the very end of the building next to the electrical room. Even though the hotel had very minimal guests as evidenced by less than 20 vehicles in the parking lot at 10:30 pm. I felt like the room assignment was a punishment for not booking directly. The room appeared as if it has been remodeled by someone’s uncle’s second cousin who had no professional training or certification. The room was missing a couch even though there was clearly an empty space where one had been. Handle on bathroom door was falling off and door would not shut. TP holder randomly fell off the wall while I was using the restroom. The water pressure could be described as “limp” at best. The a/c was working at maybe 50%. There were dead spiders and other bugs around the perimeter of the room. There also appeared to be bodily fluids smeared on the picture hanging closest the tv.
