Booking Now! This is a modern classic getaway in the very heart of San Diego. Just 10 minutes to Del Mar, La Jolla, Sea World, Zoo, and Pacific Beach. This 7/4 canyon home has an open floor plan with double French doors to the private backyard and hot tub where sunset views of La Jolla’s Mt. Soledad are spectacular! There's room here to spread out and really relax with a larger group, especially with the game room pool table on the 2nd floor where those French doors open to direct ocean breeze!
The Space:
This house was custom designed for openness, flow, and the fantastic fresh air that blows in from the ocean. It has a beautiful back yard with a hot tub, two patios, enough yard for scrimmage football, catch or frisbee, and side yards to hide at. The bedrooms are all wonderfully arranged and decorated to feel completely at home with wifi tv's in each. The staircase comes into the kitchen and living area so morning coffee aroma drifts upstairs. The game room is just fantastic with three French doors and two French windows you will feel outside with fresh breezes blowing through.
Guest Access:
Guests have the entire property: yard and house front and back inside and out.
We want all of our guests to enjoy the house and respect the rules for no events unless we provide written permission for more than the number booked.
The Neighborhood:
This is such a fantastic neighborhood. The house is on a 'no exit' road: this makes it quiet and even more safe. The house is on a canyon providing quiet and privacy. The backyard faces northwest so you always have beautiful views to La Jolla, 2 miles away, and gorgeous sunsets. Finally, the neighbors love having this beautiful house in their neighborhood so everyone is very friendly.
Getting Around:
Ubers and Lyfts hang around this area, Clairemont, because it is central to all of San Diego. They are ALWAYS at your door within 3 minutes of your request.
The driveway provides for 2 cars and 1 car in front of the house. There is ample additional parking across the street under the large tree and on into the open space which you drive past just 2 houses before arriving at the house.
