Our Lake Tahoe townhouse is located in Lake Village, which is 1/2 mile north of state line casinos Harrahs, Harveys, Hard Rock and Bally's, restaurants, shopping, cinemas and heavenly gondola. We are also 1 mile from Edgewood Golf course. Lake village is the ideal getaway surrounded by pines, hiking trails and the sierra mountains. We love this location because it is close to everything. Bike or hike to Nevada beach, one of Tahoe's most beautiful and largely undiscovered beaches. The condo is a one-minute walk away from the clubhouse, swimming pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Filtered views of the lake and mountains. The condo is spacious for gatherings of family and friends. Three bedrooms, two baths and a loft with two twin beds. Sleeps 8 in comfort. Unit has three flat screen TVs, including 55 inch in the living room. Gas fireplace, large ceiling fan and beautiful ambient lighting. Large dining seating area. WiFi throughout the unit. Off the living room is a deck with seating and gas barbecue.

Guest will be issued 2 parking permits 1 per hoa and 1 per Douglas
County ordinance which both must be on display on the driver's side
dashboard of the vehicle ($500 fine could be imposed to owner of
vehicle if not displayed during the stay)
Trash must be bagged and placed in designated bear bin 180 (do not
feed wildlife or leave any food in your car)
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be
strictly enforced.
Large gatherings that exceed our occupancy are prohibited. If you book our home for a total of 4 guests than that is the maximum guests permitted on premise. Please ensure you have accurately stated the correct total of guests at booking.
Our minimum age to rent is 30
Agreement is required to be signed and a copy of the signing
responsible guest that booking is under must also send back a copy
of their Drivers License per our County Ordinance
