Beautiful views of the Rincon mountains and pool from the kitchen and dining room. Spend time outdoors with propane grill and picnic table, to make the most of your visit. End the day relaxing by the firepit and stargazing.
The space
Our home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space is suitable for 5-6 guests.
The living room has a smart TV and board games.
Our kitchen has a coffee pot, toaster, blender and other essential items.
Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is a full-size dresser, large closet and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen bed.
The backyard has a large pool. We also have corn hole, horseshoes and a large Jenga set.
We provide various household items such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The laundry facilities are available for use.
If you're looking to book a space for a party, our home is not the place. We must remain respectful of our neighbors and community. Any gatherings are limited to the guests you have booked upon reservation.
Guest access
An access code will be sent on the morning of check-in. Check in is at 3 pm. There is a two vehicle carport, driveway and street parking available. Our home has a video doorbell, as well as an outdoor camera in the backyard; these are only used to provide safety and security for our guests and our home, they are not to be tampered with for any reason.
Other notes
*The pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day, payment is expected prior to arrival. If you would like to utilize the pool heater, the request needs to be made prior to arrival. No refunds will be provided for this option.
