Enjoy your vacation at “The Treehouse”, a contemporary style home surrounded by trees on beautiful Sebago Lake, in Naples, Maine. The house has been freshly painted top to bottom, hardwood floors refinished, and completely redecorated with all new furnishings (2017). The property sits on Sebago Cove, with 160 feet of private lakefront and 2 docks for your boat and/or jet-skis.
There are two large decks with patio furniture where one can dine, barbecue, or bask in the glory of a tranquil sunset while enjoying a cold drink. Spacious, light filled, and smartly appointed, this 1,479 square foot home has two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people.
Pets are allowed, however we require a $250 non-refundable pet fee for additional cleaning for the stay.

The upper level has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized bunk beds.
There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower on the same floor.
Also upstairs is the large, open-concept kitchen/living & dining area with expansive floor to ceiling windows that have spectacular views of the lake on three sides. The living room has a TV with Cable access.
There is a stereo with streaming music (Sonos/Pandora) and speakers throughout the house and on the decks so one can enjoy music inside or outside.
On the lower level is the private Master Bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower that includes a washer/dryer.
There is also a bonus kitchen area with stove, sink, dishwasher (do not work), and small refrigerator. There is a seating area with TV, video games and chairs for the kids (or adults!).
On this level are two sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to the 15 x 25 foot deck where there is a dining table, chairs, and 10 lounging chairs.
The “Treehouse” takes your lake vacation to the next level as it has all the comforts of home including central air conditioning (rare for a lake house) and central heating. The house also has a gas fireplace for chillier "leaf peeping" season or spring weather in Maine. Other amenities include use of the house phone (local calling), cable TV (upstairs and downstairs), sound system/stereo (speakers indoor and outdoor) and Internet access (WiFi).
If you have a boat, we have two large docks for your use. You can easily launch your boat at the nearby Sebago Lake State Park (at the public boat launch, 7 minutes from our house), or do it downtown in the Naples Marina (8 minutes from our house). You can also rent boats/jet skis in the Naples Marina! Our home sits on Sebago Cove, which is directly connected to Sebago Lake, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the cove or the vastness of the lake, your choice! The cove is great for kayaking and for jet skiing.
It's only an 8-minute drive to Naples Causeway (downtown area) where there are numerous restaurants (many with live music), ice cream parlors, outdoor bars, pharmacy, grocery store, hardware store, and boat tours.
Everything a family could want or need for a lake vacation can be done at this property whether one enjoys swimming, kayaking, boating (bring your own, or rent one nearby), fishing, tubing, jet/water-skiing, or simply relaxing on one of the deck's loungers with a favorite beverage.

Please note that for the summer months, this is our high season, we request renters book Saturday to Saturday (min rental period is 7 days).
Pets are allowed but we require an extra pet fee of $250 (related to additional cleaning both inside and outdoor & wear from pets).
