Beautiful 1 bedroom unit with separate full kitchen/family room with private exterior entrance (w/lit keypad entry). Appx 600 Sq Ft. View beautiful Sombrero Peak as you wake! The unit is attached to the main house but has no access to the main house. We value our privacy as we value and respect yours.
The kitchen/family room boasts beautiful modern leather granite counter tops in grey greens and white with a waterfall edge. The kitchen also has a wall-mounted 40 in TV, washer/dryer combo unit, high ceilings, ceiling fan, comfortable leather sofa, glass hot plate with 2 heating elements, Microwave, floating computer desk/workstation and shelving. The sunny glass door exits to your private patio.
Lamps have USB outlets for easy device charging. We have a fold-away twin bed for additional sleeping (if needed).
The hallway hutch has granite countertop with a coffee maker and wine station w/ lots of storage. It is stocked with a Crock Pot combo air fryer & slow cooker, toaster, coffee maker/carafe, set of 6 white porcelain dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, drinking glasses, coffee cups. It also includes pots, pans, measuring cups & spoons, forks, knives, spoons, steak knives and food storage containers.
In the bedroom, enjoy a comfortable King size bed with electronic raise and lower functions, recliner, full length mirror, ceiling fan, beautiful glass top window barn door, ironing board, vacuum, shelving, hallway closet, two complete sets of crisp white sheets, bedding and towels, wall-mounted 32 in TV. Spacious bathroom has granite counter tops with shower and bathtub combination.
The bedroom looks out onto the front yard, trees and Sombrero Peak. You have a small, fenced patio in front on the side of your room to sit outside and enjoy the view! There is also a 9 X 12 private patio outside of the kitchen/family room with a table and seating. Also, comes with an outdoor griddle. Very private, great for pets.
Oro Valley Hospital is 13 miles away, 20-minute drive. Northwest Medical Center is 12 miles away, 15-minute drive. St Mary's Hospital is 12 miles away, 20-minute drive. Casa Grande Regional Medical Center is 54 miles away, 50-minute drive. Easy access to I-10 freeway (Twin Peaks & Silverbell are the cross streets).
You have access to two community pools within less than 1/2 mile, which includes a pool and jacuzzi with patios, barbecue grills, umbrellas and views! Sombrero Peak and Saguaro National Monument are a 5-minute walk with bike trails galore along the Rillito River!
