Located one block from Bear Lake Blvd and two blocks from the beach, we pride ourselves with having one of the best locations in Garden City. Spend a day on the lake or up on the slopes at Beaver Mountain. Perfect for families and groups, this well-appointed all seasons property provides the ultimate location for relaxation and play. Kick off your shoes and kick back surrounded by the natural beauty of Bear Lake while creating memories with your loved ones.
The Space
Step inside our newly-built townhome to find a comfortable and relaxing space. Unwind in our cozy family room for entertainment on the 65 inch ultra-high-definition TV or by playing games tucked away in the tv console. Discover a fully-equipped modern kitchen, complete with cookware, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher and microwave. A large refrigerator and pantry hold all of your groceries. The one car garage has been turned into a game room including table tennis, foosball and double shot basketball for all your game and sports enthusiasts. Pull out the provided grill for an evening BBQ under the stars.
Our second floor includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms and a dedicated work space within the master bedroom. Each bedroom has a blackout cellular shade with the exception of one windowless bonus room. All bedrooms also enjoy wall-mounted TVs and closets.

the beach is just 2 blocks away. North Beach State Park in Idaho has a beautiful beach and the drive around the lake is worth your time.
