Stocked with comfortable, luxurious bedding and towels, you’re sure to have a great stay. This home was built in 1935, and has a unique feel. But with some updated mid century furniture, get ready for a unique local experience!
The Space:
This is a basement apartment. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. There may be people staying above in the apartment upstairs, so please be aware that there may be some noise heard.
Guest Access:
The upstairs is reserved for other guests. The upstairs guests have no access to the basement area. The staircase going downstairs may be accessed by cleaners, and your space begins at the door directly in front while walking down the stairs. You are welcome to use the backyard as you please. Parking is available in the alleyway behind the home. There is no access to heat and AC in the basement, but if you let me know, I can easily adjust to fit your needs.
Getting Around:
Car is the best mode of transportation for getting around Pocatello.
Other Things to Note:
The ceiling in the entryway is short. If you are over 6’0, you may have to slightly duck. But the bedroom, bathroom, and living room is plenty high! No smoking, no events, no pets on the property.
