The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, keurig, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, etc. This home also has a washer, dryer, and iron/ironing board. The patio includes a propane grill, and nice table and chairs for four. The Boise River Greenbelt runs right through Eagle, and is a really nice place to go for morning or afternoon walks. There is a covered parking space, and there are more parking spaces located directly across from the home. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, and a hair dryer are all provided for you during your stay. The townhome has been furnished with high quality furniture and there is a 55" smart TV. In addition, there is a very comfortable leather electric recliner in the living room next to a cozy electric fireplace for you to kick up your feet after a long day. One bedroom has a queen bed with a TV, and the other bedroom has a queen sofa pull out bed with a TV.
*Please be advised that there are two exterior security cameras to monitor the exterior of the home. One camera is in the doorbell on the front porch, and the other camera is located on the back patio.
