The Daly Cottage is truly one of a kind. Siitting across the street from the Polson Country Club and minutes from downtown Polson, this property includes 2.5+ acres of lush mostly level landscaped lawn, private lake front, with a swimming beach, private dock, boat lift station and access to onsite private boat ramp. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large deck overlooking Polson Bay. This property has all the room a family would need or just take in the serenity of this private oasis. There is an apple and cherry orchard to sit under and relax or walk to the Polson Country Club for a round of golf. Local restaurants deliver to the cottage and Polson's night life can be accessed by water or a very short trip to town. Safeway, Walmart, Ace Hardware and a Now Care are just up the road as well as anything else you might need. Marcus Daly, Montana's famous Copper King, built this cottage in 1945 and it has been lovingly cared for since, retaining much of it's original charm noted first by it's original wood burning fireplace and bunk room. The cottage has cable TV and very high speed WiFi/internet as well as modern laundry machines, dishwasher, A/C and Heat. The beach front fire pit and chairs make for a great family gathering place.
