This one bedroom second floor walk up loft has all the makings of luxury living in the city. Walking distance to Eastern Market, Supino's Pizza, Jabs Gym, Two/18, Beyond Juice and many other Detroit destinations. A quick walk or Uber to Ford Field, Comerica Park, Campus Martius and Quicken Loans. A short 5-10 minute drive to Midtown and Corktown, or stay in and and entertain your guests in your beautiful kitchen. Perfect for a couple, or a group of 4 to enjoy all that the city has to offer.
The space:
APT 201 has a full kitchen with counter seating for 6, a living room with a pull out sofa with a queen size bed and a dining area with seating for 6. You also have one spacious bedroom with a king size bed. The bedroom has it's own dressing/lounge area as well as a desk. There is a full bathroom with ceramic tile and a large glass shower. The furnishings in APT 201 are from Crate and Barrell, CB2, Arhaus, Casper and Restoration Hardware. We have added some vintage pieces as well. There are 2 Smart TVs in the space as well!
Guest access:
You will enter our state of the art building through a common secure entry which is in the rear of the building directly adjacent to a private free parking lot - then walk up one flight of stairs to APT 201. There is also ample parallel parking right along the street in front of the doorway into the building. All the tennant's of our building enter through this rear entry.
Other things to note:
RECENT UPDATE: We recently replaced the sectional shown in photos to a sofa with a pull out Queen bed. This is not shown in the current photos. We will update the photos as soon as possible. The new sofa is not a sectional, but it is similar in color and style to the one in the current photos. We had guests request additional sleeping space so we decided to improve our space!
