This hidden gem is located in the beautiful hills of Encino where many of the entertainment business call their home, yet is still only a few minutes south of famous Ventura Blvd and major freeways, making it easy for you to get anywhere.
The property includes the best of both worlds at a great price - its perfect location is close to many of LA's famous attractions, yet there's so much to keep you entertained at home, you might not want to leave the house! We promise you won't be bored - in fact the only complaint we received from guests so far is that they wish they had a longer stay :)

The large living room is no doubt one of the main highlights of the property. It includes 12 foot ceilings. The walls are lined with tall glass doors facing the backyard, allowing for plenty of natural lighting and fresh air, with sheer curtains for added privacy. The large U-shaped sofa is extremely comfortable and can sit up to 12 people! It's a focal point for socializing while watching your favorite shows or movies on the top-of-the-line 75 inch TV.
The living room has something to keep each of you entertained!. Imagine the end of a busy day, having a few drinks at the living room bar or while laying down by the pool, watching sunset or drinks to watch your favorite show.
The very large elegant kitchen includes everything for your cooking needs and a breakfast table for easy meals with a nice relaxing view to the backyard. This spacious kitchen is great area to socialize while cooking and/or drinking!
The outdoor pool is the center of the relaxing backyard area with classic LA style with mixed of Moroccan and plenty of relaxing seating, including gravity chairs, a double swing chair and a portable shaded hammock. The pool is heated, but LA summers are hot, so you want to cool down! You also have a huge BBQ to use as you please and plenty of outdoor activities both for inside and outside the pool, including different types of floats for the pool.
Bedroom 1, I call it Honeymoon suite has its own unique set-up. The main bedroom includes a king sized bed, a relaxing seating area for two, a 58" TV and a large en-suite bathroom that includes two sinks, a shower and a bathtub with jets. The second bedroom includes a Full sized bed a desk and a small en-suite bathroom that includes a sink, shower and toilet. The third bedroom includes Queen, a relaxing Lounge chair . The fourth bedroom includes Full Bed. There's a shared bathroom between bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 that includes a double sink, toilet and combined shower/bathtub. All bedrooms have plenty of closet hanging space and drawers for your personal items.
The three bathrooms in the bedroom area each include a speaker in the ceiling, allowing you to listen to relaxing music in the shower or bath by connecting your phone via Bluetooth. The fourth bathroom is conveniently located near the kitchen and living room; its walls are aligned with mirrors kind of like a 'fun house' - don't blame us, the previous owners did it! At least it's unique ;)
The laundry room includes an office area and a new industrial sized washer and dryer. There's another table in the living room that can function as a desk as well.
