So pretty, like a treehouse. Built in 2017 and tucked in off a cul de sac feet from the river path. Modern, arty, comfortable and next to everything. Great for friends or families. Kids will love the riverfront access and parks. Adults and kids alike will love walking or biking to all the funnest and prettiest parts of town. Near grocery stores, restaurants, bookstores, movie theaters, live music venues, baseball stadium, bars and coffee shops.
There’s parking on site but with the river path, walk or bike to University, Wilma, Top Hat, St. Patrick’s Hospital or walk across the bridge to downtown. Near the Hip Strip for fun local shops.
We stock local coffee and offer multiple ways to prepare it including drip, pour over and an espresso machine.
