Summary: There no toiletries, no cups, plates, glassware, cookware, coffee machine need to be requested. No coffee, self serve water or tea provided in the lobby. A party in room next to is playing loud music, we had to ask on second call to front desk to send security at 12:30 am, because they did not turn down music after the first call.
