Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The breakfast was good. It exceeded most hotel complimentary breakfasts. The location was great as it was central to all the Christmas shopping areas we planned to go to. The staff were very polite, welcoming and overall great. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Negative: I signed up for Bonvoy. The hotel had me spin a wheel to see how many points I would have added to my Bonvoy account. Those points never showed up on my accounts. The bathroom had some spots on the wall - could have been a little cleaner.

Summary: The stay was great.
