There are two luxury bedrooms with one featuring a queen bed and the other featuring a king bed. Both of the bedrooms have large closets, perfect for putting away all of your luggage. Between the two bedrooms is where the fully remodeled bathroom resides featuring a walk-in shower. The main home also features an office with a desk and office chair, fit for all of your working from home needs. The office also has a pull-down full-size futon, for extra sleeping space. If you are in need of doing laundry, there is a stacked LG washer and dryer.
Outside, there is a lovely deck where you can enjoy the sun and stars, furnished with lounging furniture. There is also a grill with a dining set for any and all outdoor dining activities. If you are looking for some fun in the backyard, enjoy some cornhole on the lawn with family and friends.
Just behind the main home, the casita (guest house) is directly accessible via the main driveway, or the gate from the backyard. The guest house features an open living and kitchen area, equipped with brand new GE amenities and a smart TV. The bedroom contains a full-size bed and ample closet space for your luggage. The remodeled bathroom has a shower / tub combo. Both of these incredible units on the property are available to guests.

There is street parking in front of the house, as well as a driveway on the north side of the house that extends to the guest house. Lastly, there is a driveway on the opposite side of the casita (guest house) that guests can use if necessary. There is enough space for up to 4 vehicles! Guests will enter through the front door of the main house, the smart lock is a little bit higher on the door than usual. For the casita, the code will be used on the keypad above the door handle.
