Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Overall the room was okay. The staff was very friendly. The location was good as well.

Negative: I was traveling with my 10 yr old son and had purposefully booked a hotel with a pool so he could burn off some energy. I was disappointed to learn that the pool had been out of order for awhile and I was not informed of this prior to or even after booking until I was there in the lobby to check in. Also a few of our bath towels were not clean and had something smeared on them.
