We have a long driveway with a carport you can park under. You'll walk in the front door to an open foyer. The main floor includes a large fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, 2 living rooms,2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, a den with a smart TV, and another bathroom.

In the basement, you'll find a hang out area including a ping pong table!

★No Parties or Events ‣ Neighborhood-enforced quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM
★No Smoking or Drugs ‣ Smoking on the property, of any kind. Smoking in the home will result in a $200 fine
★Tampering with smoke alarms will result in a $35 fine per smoke alarm
★Pet Rules NO PETS, unless otherwise agreed upon and paid for prior to arrival. Any unapproved pets will result in a 200 pet fee.
★ No mail delivery ‣ Mail or package delivery to the unit is not available. ‣ We cannot be held liable for personal mail. ‣ We recommend getting a personal mailbox at the nearest UPS or Postal Annex for mail delivery
★No unstated guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will result in a $50 fee per guest, per night without prior approval from the host. ‣Visitors must vacate the property by 12 AM each night. The request will be sent through the Airbnb resolution center.
★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 4:00 pm or later ‣ Standard Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier.
★Late Check-out is Available with 48 hr notice, subject to availability, $50 fee. A $100 late check-out fine will be charged for any unapproved late checkout.
★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, fees below ‣ $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for at least two days before your check-in date.
★ We do charge for any damages at the property.
★ Make sure to place the remote beside the TV and it should be visible. We charge $35 for missing TV remotes.
