Positive: Beds were nice and spacious, clean, and comfortable. Safe area, and open parking around the hotel. They give you the basics and do offer complimentary breakfast. It was a quite hotels, and close to the hospital where our family was at. There are alot of surrounding food option to go to for breakfast and lunch. For a budget stay place, this was OK. It meets your needs if you are looking for the basics. The room look nice for the most part.

Negative: We prepared for the room and told no fees were done at the desk, but were required to pay $50 deposit for room incidentals or room charges incase we decided to take any room waters or ask for snacks. They noted that tyically for longer duration staying guest they ask for $50 per night deposit. And refund you the value about 5 days after your stay if unused. This would have been nice to know about in advance of booking. Also the room are not cleaned during your stay daily, but everyother day from your check in, and they only replace towels and coffee bar. No bed turn down or other general room maintence services that we tyically see with other hotels. There is minimal amenities here (gym,snack bar), but staff seemed very kind. Coffee in the lobby tasted burnt even with heavy creamer, but if cowboy coffee is your thing, this may be a good thing for you. Doesn't strike a great cord, but ok at best.
