"Industria" is a newly remodeled private apartment with a stylish industrial flair. This unique space used to be a woodworking shop, and has been meticulously redesigned to provide you with a comfortable stay. It's located behind our house in a quiet neighborhood, but close to the highway for easy commuting. We have fast wifi, smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen!
We are also kid and pet friendly and have a yard for your furry friend to run around.
The space
As you step into the "Industria", you'll find yourself looking at an open living room/ dining room and kitchen. In the back, off of the living room, you'll see a door leading to the bedroom and attached bathroom. The bedroom features a queen sized bed and some storage space. The private attached bathroom has a double sink and large shower.

Other things to note
This guesthouse is all on one level, and the building is split in half to make up two 1bd/1bth apartments with separate entrances. (The other apartment is the "Hygge") The two apartments share one wall between them (bathroom and kitchen), and the bedrooms are on opposite ends for peace and quiet.
Parking is off the road in our driveway, to make sure that your stay is comfortable and convenient. (1 spot allotment, if you have a second vehicle please use street parking for one)
