Running Ridge is a luxury dream home nestled on the east side of Corvallis, Montana featuring stunning views of the Bitterroot Valley and mountains! High-end touches abound in this luxurious 5,134 sq ft home with 5 BR, 4 BA including 2 master suites with walk-in closets. This home boasts a gorgeous, fully equipped kitchen with beveled marble throughout and high-end appliances including an extra beverage fridge and second dishwasher. The private dining room seats 10 people around a custom granite dining table.
The open concept living, and kitchen space has high ceilings, wood beams, and vast windows offering natural light throughout the home. The smart system provides TV and music within each zone, inside and out. The new fireplace made of local Montana stones extends to the soaring ceilings in the living room.
The playroom is huge and equipped with satellite TV, games, books, foosball and air hockey tables, as well as a futon couch for lounging and additional sleeping accommodations.
Each bedroom/bathroom combination features large rooms and closets, dressers for your personal items, bedding, towels, a hair dryer, and a toiletry starter kit.
The expansive master suite on main floor has large windows with views of the Bitterroot Mountains, a door to access the back patio, a TV and a large palatial bathroom with soaking tub, private toilet area, and double stone shower.
Running Ridge has a fantastic separate home office equipped with bookshelves, beveled granite desk and is located in a quiet area in the home.
The backyard features a large patio and lovely landscaping. On the patio is a barbeque grill, picnic table, and Adirondack chairs around a fire ring. Meander on the grass to play on the swing set, stroll the trails and enjoy the large country style fire pit. All under the peacefulness of Montana's big sky! There is a RV hookup on the property.
Running Ridge is thoroughly cleaned prior to our guest’s arrival.
Additional Rentals Coming in 2024: Barn Apartment and Horse Stalls with tack room, paddocks, and pastures. Each stall is 16x12 with automatic waterers.
