THE SPACE
This duplex style home provides guest access to the entire bottom floor with its own private entrance.
This is a one-bedroom “unit” with a king size bed. Extra bedding includes a queen size folding mattress and a pack-and-play for babies/toddlers. Extra pillows, blankets, and sheets are located in the laundry room and closet.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes children’s plates, bowls, silverware, and cups.
There is a large, fully fenced in (shared) backyard to enjoy where you can allow your kid-friendly dogs to roam.
GUEST ACCCESS
There is a designated parking space for guests in the driveway. Guests can get to the private unit located on the south side of the home.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A family with children live in the upstairs unit. And although the play area and bedrooms are not located over this unit you may hear footsteps and little voices every now and then.
There are extra fans and heaters located in the laundry room, but if it's ever too hot or cold, please reach out.
