The Studio is on the second floor and an exterior staircase leads to the private entrance. One queen-sized bed, a futon couch and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Full bathroom with tub, small but user friendly kitchenette with two burner stove, microwave, plenty of dish ware /cookware and a small refrigerator. Three large closets for gear and plenty of space on the property for bikes or boats. All linens provided. The studio sleeps four comfortably.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11AM.
The studio is a stand-alone unit - you have your own staircase and entrance separate from the main home. The main home is occupied by the owners. The studio is a separate unit and the rental of the studio does not include access to the back deck and grill, front porch, fire pit, basketball area or the yard. There is a fishing easement along Valley Creek in the back and studio guests are encouraged to fish from the property or check out the Valley Creek Preserve on the other side of the creek.
