Summary: Room was dirty, linens were in rough shape, TV didn’t work, obvious repairs done poorly, cigarette butts all over the ground outside, lobby was filled with vending machines that crowded the space, and parking lot looked neglected. Also, the front desk was not fully staffed at all times and the ambiance of the check in area felt like a “pay by the hour” kind of hotel.
