It is extremely well-stocked for cooking and lounging, with luxury, high-quality finishes: concrete counter tops, rough hewn lumber stairs and accent walls, stainless steel appliances, and solid wood shelving, with a clean, neoWestern vibe.

Private one-car garage and private one-car off-street parking are included, although nearby on-street parking is generally easy to find.
Our home away from home has a king bed in the upstairs master bedroom, a queen bed and two small children's sleeping pads in the elevated children's nook off the other upstairs bedroom, a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, and a fold-out couch in the downstairs family room (privacy curtain slides across door).
Newly-installed ductless AC in every bedroom and in both common rooms.
Both TVs are smart TVs, with internet-streaming services included, but no cable.

There is a train that cuts right through Missoula. We are not close to the crossing, so train horns are not a problem, however there are other train noises (from un/coupling and passing by) that may bother some people, especially if windows are open.
