Our guest can enjoy the shared backyard with our other studio Airbnb. You may or may not see them during your stay.
Our garage doors non-operational and must not be used to go in and out of the house. The garage is only a shared space between our guests and it's strictly to do laundry and for our cleaners to turn over our bottom studio.
I’m addition, if you don’t have a picture of yourself in your profile, we will require for ID with picture to ensure that we are letting the right guests in our home.

The garage is where the laundry is and it is a shared
laundry area with our cleaners when they need to clean the suite downstairs. The garage door is inoperable and MUST NOT BE OPENED to go in and out of the house. The garage is strictly for laundry.
SHARED LAUNDRY:
Laundry must be operated from 10:00 am and ends at 6:00 pm sharp to be respectful to minimize the noise to the adjacent suite.
