2 Bedroom House in Canyon Lake
High-Speed Wifi and 2 Bedroom Suites – Comfortable, modern private home with two bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms for a relaxing getaway for up to four overnight guests. Perfect for day trips to nearby Hill Country attractions, and setup with desks and high-speed internet for those trips when you need to fit in some remote work too. Also only 5 minutes from Canyon Lake Marina.
Our 2-bedroom home has ample space to enjoy the outdoors, with a spacious covered porch and patio area with plenty of seating – great for those morning and evening meals and gatherings.
* Covered porch with ceiling fan and two seating areas. One couch area that seats five, and one viewing area that seats two. Both overlook a valley view on our one acre lot.
* Open patio on a lower level with a dining table and propane fire table for enjoying the evenings together. We also have 3-burner propane grill for outdoor grilling.
The outdoors is also home to our local wildlife. We have frequent visits from deer and foxes, and of course squirrels and birds galore. Sounds of nature are everywhere here, especially in the mornings.
The indoors are accessible with wide interior doors and an open floor plan. Modern décor has all the touches for an inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
Large Bedroom Suites
* Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with Casper memory foam mattress and adjustable base for comfort.
* Each suite has a wall-mounted 55" Roku TV for private viewing from the bed, or motorized recliner viewing chair.
* Plus both bedrooms have a desk, chair and monitor for those trips when you need a hybrid of work and relaxation.
* Spacious walk-in closets with built-in dresser drawers.
* Each bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers
* Back bedroom has blackout curtains for those light sleepers, or for sleeping in

* Kitchen is stocked with just about everything you would need to make meals at home – pots and pans, utensils, mixing bowls, and more are included.

* Kitchen seating area seats four with an open view of the patio and backyard, plus three counter stools for quick bites or socializing around the kitchen.

The latter is also right next to the Canyon Lake Marina if you prefer to rent a boat or have a casual meal overlooking the water with great views of the sunset.
