This modern European professionally designed property sits on top of the eastern Sierra mountain range. Perfect for corporate retreats! It overlooks the expansive Carson Valley. The Blue diamond is located less than a mile from the Stagecoach ski lift at Heavenly. After a day of skiing go down to Stateline to enjoy great restaurants and Nightlife!
Parking for 8 cars is located right in front of the property. If it is a heavy snow season, space might reduce to 5 during ski season. It is always best to carpool and do not bring more than 6 cars. When you stay at this grand property you will have access to an outdoor community Hot Tub and Pool. Located at the HOA center.
On the lower large deck there is one high end private hot tub. You will have 7 designer bathrooms with European Marble. The main living room with it s open floor plan has seating for just about everyone. Two lounge areas on either side both with European Marble Fireplaces and a TV. The kitchen has an oversized refrigerator with all the needed appliances for cooking. On the lower level you will find an Enormous Las Vegas Themed Game room with a 70 inch TV. This is a great place for sports enthusiasts to hang out. While watching the game play some foosball and billiards with your friends. Bar stools are located around the room. There are 11 bedrooms in this part of the property all with King beds. The hot tub is located on the deck outside the game room.
On the deck we have a BBQ for all of you that enjoy cooking outdoors. All the decks have breathtaking views of Carson Valley, the perfect place to watch the sunrise. With many windows looking out over the valley you will feel like you are on top of the world.
