A modern kitchen and 2 full baths complete the interior in this family-friendly home. This sunny and bright 3 bedroom home is perfect for families and small groups of friends. It has a large back yard with pool, spa, gas fire pit, and retractable awning for covered patio seating. There is an outside dining space with table and chairs for 6. BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and nice mountain views from the back yard. This is not a party house but it is great for laid back entertaining and peaceful family getaways. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Plenty of seating in the great room which is perfect for families and groups to gather in. Modern TV, cable, and streaming and Sonos speakers are provided for your entertainment while at the house.
A Few Things to Note:
The pool can be heated for a nominal fee which varies depending upon the time of year. We will discuss this with you upon booking or can quote it for you ahead of time. Pool heat is usually needed from November – May of each year. Spa heat is always complimentary.

~ No OUTDOOR music allowed 24 hours per day (indoor music cannot be audible at the property line)
