We've equipped our home with ambient smart lights to elevate your stay. Create the perfect atmosphere for every moment with just a touch. Whether you're winding down after a day of sightseeing or getting ready for a night out, our smart lights add a hint of magic to your experience. We have hooked up Philips Hue and Govee Smart Lighting into the unit to provide a complete atmosphere to the space. They are also wired into the living room television, to provide an immersive theater experience. The lighting can also be further customized to your liking to ensure a personalized experience. We have also installed a smart security system for your safety!
LIVING ROOM
We have included a QLED Roku TV for the best colors and sound experience to go along with your entertainment. As mentioned before, we have hooked up the entire room to go along with any music or movie that may be playing on the TV. This is an immersive experience that is unique to this space only and definitely worth exploring.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with best-in-class appliances and provides all the tools and utensils needed for a great meal. The coffee bar hosts all ways to brew your morning coffee from a JASSY Espresso Maker, complemented with a coffee grinder. Other options include drip pour over and a tea kettle. Additional appliances include an oven, microwave, and multi-use air fryer.
BEDROOMS
The king and queen bedrooms are equipped with memory foam beds. Each room also contains desks equipped with outlet extensions, making it the perfect workstation. The twin bedroom contains a pull-out trundle. We’ve also equipped this room with a television and a Moon Pod to bring your entertainment into a more comfortable and laid-back space. All three bedrooms include smart ambient lighting, all of which can be controlled and customized by you!
BATHROOMS
There are two full, standing-shower bathrooms equipped with toiletries for your convenience. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Guest access
Our code-protected lock box on the front gate contains a key with a fob that’ll allow you to enter the building. The space itself can be accessed through a private code that will be given to you. The key card to access the rooftop will be left on the kitchen counter for your convenience.
Other things to note
Our place is conveniently located only a few blocks from the BART. If you do plan on bringing a car, street parking is generally available on Capp St and on 20th St towards S Van Ness Ave. There is also a paid public lot on 468 Capp St, only a 3-minute walk from the apartment! Please make sure not to leave any valuables in the car.
This unit is at the top of the building, which means that you would have to go up 2 flights of stairs. Unfortunately, there is no elevator in the building, so keep this in mind regarding guests with disabilities.
