It's close to everything downtown long beach while it is only a few blocks from the beach, just short walk to the sand, restaurants. This wonderful renovated craftsman house came with 4 beds, two beautiful baths. It's only a few blocks from the beach. An outstanding place to visit SoCal, a walkable neighbor, a wonderful house, what is not to like. This is the kind of place that make you to come back and visit LA more often.

Just to be transparent: this is a two unit/house on one property lot. This is the listing for the front unit/house. Both properties are completely separated by 50ft and not connected in anyway but share same driveway.

-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
