Our backyard is designed for relaxation and fun. Grill an outdoor feast with our BBQ and enjoy it under the fan on our patio. Make some margaritas and lay out under the palm next to a desert mural! Kick back in the hot tub or compete with your friends in a game of bocce ball, cornhole, or putting green!
We have a modern kitchen fully stocked with supplies like cutting boards, knife set, blender, coffee maker, coffee, spices, and cookware. While dinner is being prepared, challenge someone to classic arcade games such as PacMan or Galaga.
Feel free to bring your little ones and use our provided Pack n' Play and high chair. We strive to provide all the details needed for your trip such as pool towels, hair dryers, and plenty of full length mirrors to help you get ready for brunch in Old Town. When you want to get out and enjoy some desert beauty, you are a 5-minute walk from amazing pathed paths and hiking trails through the Botanical Gardens and Hole in the Rock. Additionally, you are less than a 10 minute drive from Old Town and several baseball stadiums. If you golf, this place is perfect as you can get to any of Scottsdale's amazing golf courses within 20 minutes including TPC Scottsdale, Camelback, Silverado, Talking Stick, and the Biltmore.

- Our home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. We want you to have fun and enjoy your time here, but please be respectful of our neighbors by keeping the noise down, especially after 8pm. We know losing to your friends at bocce ball can be devastating, but do please try to express your frustration at lower volumes (noise levels are monitored). Violations of our rules could lead to a fine or eviction with no refunds.

- Quiet hours begin at 8pm, so no music our loud conversations outside after 8pm
- If you are staying with a pet, they must be included in your reservation. Please pick up after them and do not allow them on the furniture or bedding.
- No loud music indoors after 8pm
- No parties and no smoking
- No more than 10 guests allowed on the property at the same time
- If listening to music during the daytime, please keep the volume at reasonable levels
- - If you happen to notice any kind of cleaning error or damage upon checking into the property, please make sure to notify us right away along with pictures so we can address it asap. We take issues brought to our attention very seriously. Refunds will not be considered in the event of an unreported issue that we were not given the opportunity to address. By reserving our property you understand that while we do our best to ensure that the property is up to standard, please be aware that refunds will not be considered for ordinary wear and tear.
You are liable for any fines, damages, and/or being asked to leave with no refund if you are found to be in violation of these rules. There will be an automatic $200 fine if we find evidence of smoking on the property.
