Bring the whole family to this Tahoe retreat! With nearly 3,000 sq. ft, there is plenty of room to enjoy the pool table, indoor hot tub, cold plunge, sauna, spacious kitchen, and two decks for entertaining with panoramic views of Heavenly Mountain!
Opening the front door, you're greeted by the grand entry with pool table and t.v. Off of the entry, there is the enclosed hot-tub room, sauna, cold plunge pool, full bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with four twin beds and t.v.
Going upstairs, you'll find the well-stocked kitchen and living area with smart t.v. Off of the living area is a large deck with views of Heavenly Mountain. Also on the second level is a bedroom with queen bed, dedicated workspace, and full bathroom.
On the third level, there are two bedrooms: the primary bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom and a guest bedroom with king bed. Also on the third level is the fourth full bathroom.
Please note:
1. The neighborhood requires a 4WD vehicle in winter. Please also keep chains in your vehicle as they may be required.
2. The driveway is very steep and narrow and can be icy in winter. Park at the top of the driveway or in the garage.
3. The property has many stairs. There are three levels to this home and three of the five bedrooms are located on the upper levels, along with the kitchen and living area.
4. The property is not fenced for dogs, so please keep your dog on a leash while outside.
