The house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every guest.
Those guests staying longer than 7 days may request additional cleaning for an additional fee.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Monday thru Friday and 10pm to 10am Saturday & Sunday. This is a City of Henderson ordnance. Violation of this can result in fines of up to $2,500 and loss of booking with no refund. Any fines from the City of Henderson due to loud noise will be the responsibility of the guest.

There will be a $75 fee per remote to replace if lost or damaged.
