The apartment building is located in the Northside Residential Historic District, placing it on the National Register of Historic Places in Cascade County. Our apartment has a modern décor and furnishings. We have new stainless steel appliances for the kitchen and comfortable furnishing for a nice, relaxing evening in.
The entire apartment is private and open for your use, and there is a coin operated laundry facility on the first floor for all of our guests to use.
We are around if you need anything, but prefer to keep our distance to give our guests privacy and comfortabilty.
Centrally located in the heart of downtown Great Falls, you're within walking distance of fabulous local coffee shops, breweries, eateries, and other historical attractions. If you enjoy music check out The Newberry, a local live music and event venue just a 12 minute walk from our front door. Make sure to stop and visit the world-famous Sip & Dip Lounge! Malmstrom Afb, the airport, and the hospital are all within aminute drive from our location.
Parking is a gravel lot on the west side of the building. It is accessed through the alley that runs behind the building. One parking spot per apartment.
Please be careful as it is a pull in and back out lot. We kindly ask that you to be considerate when parking so that all guests can access a parking spot. We provide a parking pass in your room- once it's filled out with your vehicle info, the top half is displayed in your vehicle and the bottom half goes in the white drop box located right inside building's front entrance.
