Summary: Apart from the weather, we had a great time here. It is a pretty rustic experience though the beds are comfortable and it was very clean with a number of fans to help in the cooling. The outside of the house (deck, patios, railings) are in need of significant work as there is a lot of rot and everything was pretty dirty/disorganized. The kitchen is pretty spartan and lacked simple things like salt and pepper shakers. There were 6 of us throughout our stay and we managed fine. However, if a group at the maximum listed occupance used the property, there are insufficient dishes. large serving bowls, etc. Having said this we would and might stay here again next year if the timing works out.
