This home has a beautiful private back yard, with a calming waterfall, and a sparkling swimming pool, cozy Fire place, and fire pit area outside, wonderful Waterfall, lush vegetation. With over 2200 sq ft of living space, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, media room, game room, a full kitchen, dinning area and open living room. There are 4 security cameras outside that are NOT hooked up to the internet and are there for the client to use to monitor the pool and outside area. There are 4 cameras, one for the front door, one for the parking lot, one for the pool and one from the backyard. These cameras are only turned on by the guest and are for the guests use only. The owner of the property does NOT have access to these cameras. There are no cameras inside of the house.
