Summary: It started with check in. We arrived at 3 and didn’t get in until 30 minutes later. Room wasn’t fully put together-no towels or pillowcases. Room decently clean. Carpet in the hall/reception area dirty. Employees disgruntled at the reception. On our arrival in the evening, we were locked out of room, as were our kids and neighbors. Took 30 minutes for them to find a key to let us in. The breakfast area was dinky and limited. No offer for discount due to our inconvenience. Do not stay here
