We are within walking distance to famous Leadbetter beach, West beach and Santa Barbara Funk Zone with plenty of restaurants, wine tasting rooms, cafes, galleries, and shops. You can walk, bike, or uber everywhere within minutes. It's an ideal location for a group looking for an affordable place to stay and be in close proximity to Santa Barbara attractions.
Our condo features spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living/dining area with high ceilings, spacious balcony with mountain views, and a laundry room (with Ironing board and clothes iron). Our kitchen is fully equipped with quality kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, and many more items you will find useful. Our bedrooms with King sized beds in both the Master Suite and the second bedroom have large closet space ideal for long term stays. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, high quality white towels, body wash and shampoo.
