This is a brand-new house in a modern style and has plenty of privacy in a secluded neighborhood. While it is listed as a one-bedroom house, there is a loft with a queen bed, accessed via a ladder-styled staircase, that can be used for sleeping or storage. Large closet in bedroom and a large kitchen with a cathedral ceiling along with brand new appliances. There is abundant lighting throughout that can be toned down for relaxing evenings.
Pets are welcome, but please note that we allow only one dog and unfortunately the space is not suitable for cats.

Surfland neighborhood walks are relaxing and the walk down to the beach includes stunning ocean views. The beach itself is secluded and provides lots of opportunity for solitude to watch the whales, collect agates or other beach treasures or just walk and watch the waves for miles.
There is a large deck on either side of the front entry and a small mudroom to take off your shoes. Lots of room for storage.
