• FAMILY FRIENDLY - We provide a PACK-N-PLAY portable playpen if you are traveling with littles.
* PETS - We are very animal friendly, however, all pets MUST be announced and pre-approved. The house is sanitized of all pet hair & dander after a pet stays, therefore we charge a pet cleaning fee of $20 per night. We have a maximum of 2 trained pets per stay. Pets cannot be left unattended inside the house unless they are in a kennel. We ask that you do not allow your pets onto the furniture or bedding. There will be an additional fee for Unannounced Pets of $50/night.
• COFFEE & BREAKFAST - We provide some "make-it-yourself" breakfast choices including a Pancake Mix and a few FRESH LOCAL EGGS. We also provide a selection of hot drinks such as COFFEE and creamer, apple cider, cocoa and a selection of HERBAL TEAS!
• BEDS - The Cottage features one plush Queen bed with Cotton sheets and a futon/couch. Plenty of extra bed linens, blankets and pillows are available to you in the linen closet if you need them. A Queen Size Air Mattress can also be provided upon request.
• FULL KITCHEN - Prepare your favorite meal in the compact yet efficient kitchen. The cabinets and drawers are stocked with all the basics you should need to prepare and enjoy a home-cooked a meal... dishes, pots & pans, basic appliances, spices, a few staple ingredients, etc.
• BATHROOM - Enjoy fresh towels, basic toiletries and a LED Rainfall Shower head with unlimited Instant Hot Water.
• PARKING - Plenty of off-street parking
• OUTSIDE - Relax on the covered porch patio, where you can sip your morning coffee, read a book, or simply take in the mountain air. This home features a large fenced yard, perfect for young Kids and Pets.
• NEIGHBORHOOD - We are in a friendly neighborhood, close to the school and business district. It's usually pretty quiet here, but you may hear children playing in their yards, ATVs and diesel trucks driving around, roosters crowing, dogs barking, church bells ringing or the sound of a train traveling through on the other side of town. On rare occasion you might even hear the volunteer fire department siren go off.
