Keep it simple at this semi-off grid, peaceful, and centrally-located place. A spacious basement apartment, for you and your loved ones to relax in. Essentially, a home away from home for you to enjoy.

The private entrance is on the west side of the house, it leads down a short stairway to your own private unit.
The space
There is two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and a children’s pack and play in the closet for the little ones. The king bedroom has a dresser for you to unpack your luggage and hangers are provided in the closet. Then there is a queen size bed in the first bedroom. In the full size closet you will find a luggage rack and hangers for your suitcase and clothes. There is also a smaller couch for sleeping with extra pillows and blankets available.

The kitchen is fully stoked for all your cooking needs with some extra little amenities for you to enjoy your stay. The little ones were thought of with plates, bowls, silverware, and sippy cups. In the first bedroom closet there is a high chair. There is a Ninja coffee machine that can make you a single cup or a full pot for everyone. Or if you are a tea drinker, I have an assortment of teas and a kettle for you!

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Extra amenities are provided in that closet, such as first aid supplies, Lotion, etc.

Laundry room is the only shared space and can be used during the hours of 7pm-10pm. Washer pods and dryer balls are located on the black shelf in the laundry room. One washer pod per load and two dryer balls per load!
Guest access
Parking is in front of the house, on the street. Entrance to your private unit is off of the driveway to the west side of the house.
Other things to note
The home runs off of solar for 85% of all energy use, with an updated and highly efficient on demand hot water heater, you will have constant hot water, all from the power of the sun!

There is only one thermostat for the house, naturally with it being a basement apartment it runs colder. If the temperature of the apartment is too hot/cold, please do not hesitate to reach out and express any discomfort. There is a Dyson space heater/AC Unit, a baseboard heater in the bathroom that can be turned up or down, and also opening the windows to help resolve any issues is completely acceptable!

There will be times when you can hear guests upstairs, I have kindly advised them to be conscientious of the guests downstairs!

FYI: If you look on my profile, I have two homes right across the street from each other. If you are looking to host you and your extended family, this could be a great option for you! With five bedrooms in total and able to host up to 11 people in total, between the two houses. Just a short walk across the street. Book both homes for your large family! ☺️
